Shipping Policy and Information

At iShopMeta, we prioritize the timely and secure delivery of your order. We offer a range of delivery options for each item, which you can explore on the respective product page. During the checkout process, you'll be able to choose your preferred delivery method.

Shipping Costs

We strive to provide free shipping for most orders. Here's how our shipping policy works:

- For orders under $35, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 applies.
- Most orders over $35 qualify for free shipping.

Look out for the "Free Shipping" label displayed alongside the product price while browsing and on the product page. If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping, any associated shipping costs will be clearly indicated in your Cart and during Checkout.

Our shipping categories include small items and large items. For eligible large items, you have the option to upgrade to premium delivery services. Please note that the available options may vary depending on the item.

Shipping Costs for Large Items

Large items can be delivered in different ways, depending on your preference. The costs for these options are as follows:

- Outside Your Front Door: Free*
- Inside Your Entryway: Free*
- Your Outdoor Area of Choice: $49.99
- Your Room of Choice: $49.99
- White Glove Delivery & Assembly: $149.99

*Exceptions

While we strive to offer free shipping, there are a few exceptions to this policy. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed in your cart before you proceed to checkout.

- Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
- Some non-standard items, such as flooring or specific large fixtures, may not be eligible for free shipping.
- Additionally, a select few suppliers may require us to charge shipping fees.

Sales Tax

In addition to shipping costs, your order may be subject to sales taxes. We are obligated to charge taxes based on the specific state and local tax rates.

 

Shipping Updates & Alerts

We believe in keeping you informed throughout the shipping process. You will receive regular email and SMS notifications regarding the status of your shipment. You can also track your packages through the My Orders section of our website.

Updating Shipping on an Order

Making changes to your order before and during shipping is possible, depending on the stage of the process. Here's how you can update your order:

Updating Orders Before Shipping:

Prior to the item being shipped, you can easily edit order details online. Simply visit the My Orders section, where you can cancel the order, change the delivery method, or update the shipping address.

Updating Orders in Transit:

If your order is being shipped via FedEx or UPS (for small items), you can make adjustments using their respective platforms. FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice allow you to hold or delay packages, arrange for pickup at a local facility, deliver to a different address or on another day, schedule a delivery window, and sign for packages online. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for items already in transit.

For orders with large items shipped by carriers other than FedEx or UPS, you can make changes by following the steps below:

- Reschedule the delivery date and/or time window: Go to My Orders, click "Track Your Package," and select "Reschedule."
- Change the delivery method: Go to My Orders, click "View/Edit Details," and select "Change Delivery Method."
- If your scheduled delivery is less than 24 hours away, please contact our customer support for assistance with any changes.
