How will I receive my refund?

When you initiate a return, you have the option to choose how you would like to receive your refund. You can either opt for store credit, which never expires, or receive the refund back to your original payment method.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

The timing of your refund depends on the chosen refund method:

- Store Credit and Gift Card: Once we receive notification that your returned item(s) have arrived at our Returns Center or have been returned in-store, we will credit your account within 1 business day.

- Credit Card: Once we receive notification that your returned item(s) have arrived at our Returns Center or have been returned in-store, we will initiate your refund. Typically, you should see the refund reflected in your account within 5-7 days from the time you drop off the package with the carrier or return it in-store. However, please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear.

- Other Refund Methods: Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue the refund. For cash purchases, you may receive a refund in the form of a corporate check.

Please note that if we do not receive the returned item(s) at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund.

Will I receive a refund for delivery/shipping fees or services?

No, any delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the original order will not be refunded. This includes the $4.99 shipping charge for orders under $35 and any upgraded shipping charges (such as expedited, express, room of choice, etc.). Additionally, assembly services included with the delivery are non-refundable.

Can I change my refund method?

Certainly! If you wish to change your refund method, you can do so before returning the item(s) by visiting the My Orders section.
